Adrienne Anderson is a founding member of Anderson Busby PLLC. Ms. Anderson’s practice includes commercial transactions and litigation, focusing on employment law, business disputes, contracts, property issues, and construction law. She represents both individuals and businesses. Ms. Anderson handles trials and appeals in state and federal courts, as well as proceedings before state and federal administrative agencies. Her experience includes appellate practice, arbitration, mediation, and class action litigation. Ms. Anderson is certified as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association Construction Industry Panel. She is certified by the Tennessee Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission as a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator. Ms. Anderson is a certified mediator in the Federal Mediation Program of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. She teaches seminars on employment, contracts, and construction law for attorneys, businesses, civic groups, and professional organizations.
